I just got my new one, it connects with Bluetooth quickly, AND it requires no ink ?. only paper. I made a big poster with printed photos from it! The sprocket app lets me edit my photos and add stickers. Best app. Even prints and charges quickly

It could be better...

I love my sprocket and this app... but it could be better... like idk if I just can’t figure it out or what but when I try to print off a picture it always prints off 2 pics instead... also I wish there were more sports stickers rather than just a football, like a volleyball, softball, baseball, and basketball! Other that that the sprocket is a great way to add photos to your room!

I love the app and the ability to edit photos is better than any other iPhone app I’ve used. It’s great to have these little photo prints - I can give away or stick where I want to. Just love the portability of it!

Works 10% of the time

Every time I go to use this. It has a laundry list of issues. A device that is supposed to be a convenient way to print on the go it is NOT! Save your money and sanity go to a pharmacy chain. Get bigger, better, and cheaper prints.

I’ve only used my sprocket a couple times since getting it. I have noticed that you can’t see what’s “in queue” when printing which resulted in printing multiple prints of the same picture on my first try. That was a waste of stickers.

I love the concept of immediate printing but it’s very unreliable when printing. I often have to pray that it works and prints. I have deleted and uploaded the app to see if it makes a difference. But it’s very inconsistent. Very disappointed.

Impossible to actually use

The product itself is a great product but they made it borderline impossible to use. Trying to pair with the sprocket is like rolling a 100 sided die and hoping it lands on 1. The VAST majority of the time we want to actually print anything we find ourselves unable to connect to the printer and just left completely frustrated. To the sprocket dev team, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD please STOP developing new features and just focus on fixing the pairing issue. It doesn’t matter how great the product or the app is. If it doesn’t easily pair every single time the all your hard work is worthless.

Constant out of paper error after firmware update

Ugh!!!!!!! I got one picture to print. Then I did the firmware update and now I’m not able to print. Keep getting an out of paper error. I have restarted my phone and the device. Garbage. Yes. The stupid blue paper comes out. Then the pic doesn’t print. :(

i love hp sprocket, but i beg you, please bring back the polaroid border!! it was my favorite one and now i don’t like the pictures i print

I love mine. The color has improved over the regular sprocket I have an iPhone X and have not had any problems with the phone or the app or the sprocket itself. I like that I don’t have to purchase ink for it. Just wish the plus had come in black when it first came out. Thanks. It’s a good way to keep pictures from my phone since there are no negatives, as I always loose some pictures when switching out new phones.
