Great printer with some flaws

I got this printer for Christmas and I thought it was super cool and really cute. I love how easy it is to set up and print with. Unfortunately the printer is up to date with firmware and such but the photos are still coming out blurry or off, the printer has a hard time with faces and shadows. Also all of my photos come out with a pink tint to them. Other than those minor flaws I think this is a fun little printer.
Please bring back the hearts

This little photo printer is great for printing fun pictures on the spot. Don’t expect the quality to be great but I love the fact that it’s simple to use, you can edit pictures and add fun e-stickers to make your pictures even more fun and best of all the pictures can become stickers themselves!!

Awful printing

I just set up my Sprocket and every picture has blue lines across it. I’ve tried taking a picture, zooming in/zooming out of existing and nothing has worked. Not great.

Your latest version (2.62.1) does not load completely with IOS 9.35. My iPad Mini is older and will not update. Your software needs to be tested for backwards compatibility before release.

I am happy with my sprocket but I wasn’t to excited about the quality of the pictures. The color comes out light, like if it’s an old faded picture. I still use it because i paid a lot for it and they are fun little pictures to get creative with. Just wish the quality was better, if the colors didn’t look faded it would definitely be a 5/5 for me.
