If i could give it a zero star i would but cant After i updated the firmware for my sprocket 2 in 1 i cant connect to the printer anymore

so i had received the 2in1 printer as a christmas gift in 2018 and it was amazing! i was printing pictures like crazy and i adored it. it ran out of film around march and i didn’t get more until august 25th. i tried to print a picture and i sent it to the queue. it wasn’t printing so i decided to refresh the app and do all i could to fix it. the printer is charged as well. if you could please get back to me on what i can do id appreciate it. awesome app!

It’s pretty cool when the pictures turn out good. Most of the time the pictures print out almost unable to see or there’s a bunch of lines in them or blurred out. I’ve wasted 10 pictures trying to print with this plus there’s little to no instructions on why this happens or what prevents it. I’m disappointed and I don’t want to buy any more picture paper if the darn thing won’t work ideally. It’s definitely hit and miss, I’d wait until a newer model comes out before buying one if these. It would save you a lot of picture paper. Good effort though HP, it’s pretty cool when it works properly.

App won’t even open. We have tried updating, as well as deleting and downloading again and still won’t open.

Bought sprocket print off pics for my planners and scrapbook just can’t get to connect anymore it’s frustrating I want to work on planners and scrapbook and can’t. I get y7 device not sure what to do I just want to keep product just frustrating won’t work.
Wish sticker thumbnails were bigger

Overall I love using the sprocket app. But, one thing I wish was different is the size of the sticker thumbnails when editing photos. I have such a hard time seeking them unless I actually add them to my photo. I can then delete it if needed but it’s an annoying process to find the right sticker.

I really loved this and it was working well when all of a sudden my camera broke. Now I can’t use this app.
I love the HP Sprocket...! But there’s one minor issue...

I recieved my HP Sprocket for Christmas last year and it has worked perfectly until now. Every time I go to print a picture, the app crashes. I thought that maybe the app needed an update and it did, so I updated it and I’m still having this issue. I’d really appreciate it if it got fixed. :)
