Colors: everything else it ok. Just the colors, when I print out the picture, the color will completely different. I been adjust the colors so many time. Still doesn’t come as the same color as on the phone.

somewhat disappointed because i watched reviews before deciding the buy this product. the pictures are not printing as high quality as it seemed through the reviews. update my firmware a couple of times now. also i hope you guy would add a little box that lets us know how many prints we have left or give us the option to cancel our prints within the app. by the time i’m able to check my “print queue” my photo already printed which is annoying because some prints are selected by accident.

Followed instructions for sprocket and pics are printing out. Bought it for a cross country trip journal my kids will do along the way. Just in a few months later...Sprocket is awesome! The kids summer journals are so cute and they are having a blast adding little digital stickers to their photo print outs! What a clever bonus to the printing!

The hp sprocket plus is not compatible with the iphonex. I have called hp on the matter and they will not give me help with this matter. Beware!!

Update 3: notice how HP support gives guidance that makes no sense - they copy paste the same nonsense - I can't connect yet they say to "forget" the device. Sad! --------- Update 2: The hp printer only shows up in Bluetooth as it’s being powered down - it’s not paired and has been reset. My theory is HP bricked printers with a firmware release and an iOS 11 release complicated the matter. HP has not indicated that it’s their issue but look for yourself in their support forums - so many people with the same issue and same HP non helpful responses. An honorable company would recall the bricked printers. As I said below I’ve had other HP problems including a top of the line Envy laptop where driver support was dropped (I’m sure AMD didn’t help much in all fairness). I personally will never never buy another HP product again - check out their support forums and how they answer me here and decide for yourself. —————- Update: following HP instructions below did not fix the issue - didn't make sense to me how reinstalling an app would fix connecting with Bluetooth and I guess I'm right - why isn't there a 0 star rating option? --------------------------- I'd watch these reviews before buying a printer - many people seem to be having connectivity issues Used to work - now says incompatible when trying to connect. Reset with pin doesn't work Canned HP response about powering down and restarting and pairing devices doesn't work Maybe it's connected to another device and the reset doesn't break the old connection? I saw on the hp forum the "support" assistant suggested looking at paid support - lol. I personally have never had an HP product that didn't break early for it's expected lifespan - so for me never again will I purchase anything from them

I was having trouble before and was very frustrated. And wrote I believe a 3 or 4 star review. I TAKE IT BACK! In a day or two they replayed to me saying they understand my frustration and gave me some suggestions about how to help! I’m very happy with both printer and app. ?
