Horrible experience and customer service - caution

I purchased a $990 vanity through this site. It arrived with the thick marble top cracked in multiple places. I reported this issue within the 30 day window as per the policy, asking for a refund. They sent me $160 and said the case was closed. Incredible! As an executive responsible for customer experience, this is simply reprehensible. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from them. Use the sight for design ideas, but be extremely ware of purchasing anything from them!
Messages function doesn’t work for me

The messages function doesn’t work well for me. It acts as if it’s loading and doesn’t come out of that mode. I have to close the app and reopen.
A privacy nightmare.

Avoid this app at all costs! Signing up will guarantee you a constant flow of unwanted emails. Unsubscribing seems to do nothing. Like most tech companies, you have to opt out of information sharing and email offers. Of course they make you jump through hoops to do it. You can deactivate your account, but not delete it. This kind of stuff should be illegal.

I briefly downloaded this app in hopes of using AR to look at remodeling my kitchen. This app did not help with that. MORE CONCERNINGLY to use it required creating an account and as soon as I did I started getting emails. Within the account privacy settings the “share my information” option is pre-clicked and it will DENY opting out unless you live in California. Deleting my account was also somewhat difficult. This all makes me strongly suspect that a large purpose of this app is not the app itself but to grab my info to spam me later. I would strongly recommend downloading or particularly using this app for these reasons.
