Horrible app/service

Horrible app. Horrible service. Trying to log in made me reset password. That’s ok. But then when u selected to reset it took over 15 min to get the email to do so. Then the link to the reset would time out and make u do the same process over and over. Had to order over the phone! Once I got notice of when the item would ship—it gave a date range: said the 12th-16th However I received that very notice on the 19th! Never using this service again!

I like Houzz as a source of inspiration. I don’t use it to judge businesses, but it’s a nice resource for home improvement ideas. However, the current app crashes every time I try to click on a bookmarked comment.

Latest update deleted my idea books!

I have used this app for years and loved it but the latest update deleted all my idea books. Very disappointed!

Why change it back?!

I used to love spending a lot of time on Houzz. Now, when I scroll trough photos same pics repeat over and over again. I tried to read an article and says it has 121 comments but on the page are just 3 and no way to access the other ones. The similar item tag is completely off( for a floor lamp it shows that similar items are a bunch of table lamps nowhere near in style)I don’t even attempt to use it anymore. Many times you guys “ improve” something that doesn’t need improvement . When something is not broken,don’t fix it. Now is all annoying to deal with and I don’t spend time on the app anymore. Sad!

So hard to navigate featured stories!

I can’t tell you how many times I have followed a link from an email to read a featured story expanded the photo or just accidentally swiped a little bit to the left and the whole thing closes and goes to the homepage where I can’t get back to the article I was reading! So frustrating and makes me not even want to use this crappy app!

Wrong rug

I ordered a gray shell rug a couple of weeks ago and up opening it today they sent me the wrong rug!

I was looking for an app that would help me draw and design a bathroom. This one just let me look at pictures of other peoples bathrooms and pick things I might want to buy from them. That’s not it all what I wanted to do. And now I’ve got designers and stop calling me. And I didn’t want that either. I already have a contractor. I just wanted to use one of those virtual design apps. And that’s with this one implied it was in the App Store. But it’s not that at all. It’s just a consumer site made into an app. I’m deleting it.

She studied our taste in various objects and paintings with attention to space and color. She went the extra mile to help us find the perfect sectional sofa in grey to compliment the multiple colors in our paintings, rugs, in contrast to our blonde wood floors. With an African and international bedroom and Carribean guest room, we have our dream house that we intended. We have a warm and inviting home that has an eclectic flair that is comfortable and inviting to all who visit.
