Horrible experience and customer service - caution – Houzz - Home Design & Remodel Review

I purchased a $990 vanity through this site. It arrived with the thick marble top cracked in multiple places. I reported this issue within the 30 day window as per the policy, asking for a refund. They sent me $160 and said the case was closed. Incredible! As an executive responsible for customer experience, this is simply reprehensible. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from them. Use the sight for design ideas, but be extremely ware of purchasing anything from them!
