They keep changing the format and disregarding your choices. It’s obviously more interested in selling than providing information and great stories. It used to be a great site to explore and get ideas. Dry disappointing.
Slow to download pictures

I hardly ever use this app anymore because the pictures take too long to download and sometimes don’t at all. I can’t remove the price tags on the pictures.
No way to find saved photos or ideas.

How do I delete photos? How do I find saved items from "shopping"? Really nice ideas but app not very manageable or user friendly. Why am I getting listings for other cities??? I don’t want listings for cities 15-30 miles down the highway!!! I gave you one zip code. Is that too hard for you??

I love the Houzz app however I prefer the old format of viewing homes and pictures rather than this latest update.

I bought I light fixture from SHOPFREELY on Houzz that cost $319 dollars I told them I wanted a refund on the item they asked if I wanted to get $114 and keep the fixture or get my refund, I ask for my refund and this Devin person all of a sudden starts talking and makes these empty promises to send me my return sheet so I can send the fixture back and I haven’t gotten a response back yet. I went to find the corporate number to find out that this place is a sham. Stealing money out of customers account. Hanging up on them and not responding to these issues. This is less than few days , it’s not even past the 30 day mark and I’m being ignored, I’ve taken pictures as proof if I need to take this further.
