Absolutely horrific

This app is perfectly in line with Horizon BC/BS NJ customer support and patient care, absolutely horrific. It just simply doesn't work! What's even more frustrating is it will let you get to the last step of a function after entering a bunch of previous information before it fails or crashes. Want to choose your provider? Nope! An error requires a zip code even when one is entered. Want to pull up your insurance card? Nope! App crashes. What a waste of time and energy.

Don't even bother, check online. The app and the company stink. It's been 10 days and still haven't received our ID cards, and the doctors all reject the coverage even though Horizon has our entire company active. What a mess.

Cant rate it because i cant even log in. It takes 2 minutes to load login screen then all i get is errors logging in. = worthless!!! Cant print temp cards from website either because of errors so entire system is a fail. Good luck getting edesk to answer phone unless you can wait 20 minutes. Then they wont be able to do anything to help. Unfortunately I cant delete the insurance only the app

Can't log in and the doctor search tool is limited to a single zip code at a time; the search cannot be expanded to nearby towns.
