Can't change my PCP. My doctor is in network but not in the provider search. So I can see my ID card, who cares?

Can't type in the space where they want you to sign in.... What's the point of having an app you can't sign in to?

Just downloaded and tried and several features. Faster than online webpage and good resources. Have not found the WebMD link yet, if there is one.

After logging into the app (iPhone 5s running 8.4.1), I am immediately booted from the app after trying to access anything. I am able to login without incident to my account through a web browser - only the app is a problem.

Absolutely nothing loads. I log in and anything else it will load for a few minutes and then i get a sorry try again later. The website is so slow and i thought this would be better but its worse.

After login, I cannot access any parts of the app without it logging me out immediately and saying I need to login. Have deleted and reinstalled to no avail. This is on an IPhone 6.

I can't believe a company like Horizon can't develop a simple app that actually works. I wanted to have my ID card viewable on my phone, but keep getting an error whenever I try.

Just plain doesn't work. Never can sign on ... Just get a "we are unable to log in" message. If it were functional, I could forgive other usability issues such as buttons that are not obvious and text fields that do not respond when tapped. But, since it doesn't even work, don't waste your time downloading.
