This app is prehistoric. It's slow, clunky and needs an update. With all the money insurance companies make they should be able to make a snappy and user friendly app. There's really no excuse

Frequently times out. In the few occasions I can successfully log in, as soon as I click on "claims" it kicks me back to the login screen. Even their website is incredibly slow. Doesn't say much for their tech team.

I had Cigna and that app was great.found doctors quickly. Now I have horizon and the app stinks. They don't list doctors in my area. When I tried to use the phone # they provide on the app it's a prerecorded message saying I won a trip! Take a survey to get a gift card! What is this?! Advertisers?? I'm sick of this app and I just got it

What's the point of making an app and not updating it for over a year. If it doesn't work it has no purpose.

The app is terrible. This is a recent update. The last version was unusable. I figured I'd give this fresh update a try...same result. I'm going to switch back to receiving paper EOBs.

There is no way to pay your bill on the app. You can't even use their website to pay. Every single time I have to call- this is TERRIBLE customer service
