Log in time takes at least a minute. When pulling up claims, the server always times out.
Not Native App... Slow and Buggy

The app actually would not be so bad if it was native Objective-C or even better Swift. Instead this is a web site inside an app. This makes it slow, buggy, and not very user friendly. There is just no excuse for this these days.
App is an embarrassment !!

Frozen at login screen. I'm entering correct login info but won't login. I spend almost 700.00 a month with Horizon and they can't even make a little app that works. Multi billion dollar company can't make a simple little app. Goes to show how the CEOs prioritize the needs of customers. They stuff your money in their pockets and forget your needs. Horizon app is a non functioning joke.
