Absolutely horrific – Horizon Blue Review

This app is perfectly in line with Horizon BC/BS NJ customer support and patient care, absolutely horrific. It just simply doesn't work! What's even more frustrating is it will let you get to the last step of a function after entering a bunch of previous information before it fails or crashes. Want to choose your provider? Nope! An error requires a zip code even when one is entered. Want to pull up your insurance card? Nope! App crashes. What a waste of time and energy.
