Signing in times out a lot. Touch icons not responding. Information is limited, assume Horizon will add more content as this app develops.

This app does not work. You cannot login. It's actually worse the the horizon blue website and I didn't think that would be possible.

Need to fix the timeout issues.

Every time I log in the 1st time, it's times out. The 2nd time it usually goes through but takes too long.

Not able to log on. Touch pad not working. Just wasted my time!

I thought this app would be helpful. I was able to access it the first time. Now it times out or says sorry for the inconvenience try later. So Blue Cross. This has been going on for 4 days. I would like to give negative stars.

Tried to search out dr. In my area. Site was down more than 2 weeks. The printed directory I requested is wholly outdated. Major waste of time.

About the only thing you can do with this app is ask for a duplicate card. There are alleged links for finding a provider, viewing claims etc., but clicking on them brings up a pop-up box that says: "Sorry, Try Again Later."

Worked fine for me but a bit slow. You can see claims and get your info plus see participating doctors.
