Love the app but needs updating

The content is great but the current version continues to crash. This was a very expensive app for me and I expect that the content could be updated and current. I use it for a variety of kids to teach reading skills through Speech Therapy.
App does not work

There is no sound. I've even deleted the app and re download. I've turned my phone off and back on. Still no sound. Lessons take too long to download and you cannot do anything else on your phone while you wait or you must start the download over. Disappointed.

I've tried using this app for at least a year off and on, since there is seemingly no competition in the market and everytime I look for an app to help my child learn to read it comes back to the to of the list. Unfortunately this program does not run smoothly, it has trouble loading the levels and logs me out often.

My younger son heard some of the songs while his brother was doing the lessons, and needed to get in on the learning fun. Great App!
Program doesn't work if not used for a month

If you take a break from the program it forces you to log back in and then never properly restores your purchases. I have contacted their support in the past and they have fixed it over the phone before, but it is frustrating to need to contact support every time you log back in to have it properly restore purchases. Especially when it is "after hours". When the program has worked it has good content, although I don't like the "monthly subscription cost," especially when it doesn't work most of the time. My hardware is iPhone 6s Plus.

This app is perfect! My little girl is learning to read and I can definitely see the progress! I also purchased the workbooks to go along with it and together this is a really good and fun tool for kids. I recommend it to all my mommy friends. Thanks Hooked on Phonics, it's working for my kids!
