Won't load new lessons!

Loved the trial and since I have purchased it, it has frustrated me to no end. Loading new lessons is impossible and majority of the time doesn't work or takes FOREVER. We should be able to load more than one lesson at a time without it resetting. Also, the progress constantly resets especially if you are using the program on more than 1 device. Not a useful program if it frustrates the parents and the kids have given up on it since it "doesn't work" for them.
Disabled previous app, now wants to charge me again

I previously purchased the classroom edition. Today I went to work with my son, and the app won't even load. It just crashes. I checked the App Store, and this is the only hooked on phonics app now. They want to charge me $6.99/mo or another $49.99/lifetime for something I already purchased from them. Very disappointing. Will not be repurchasing.

I usually watch my son while he's using this app. I stepped away for a moment while he was putting 3 letter words together such as P AN, well those were the letters visible, however, the voice-over was saying AM instead of AN. I freaked out! I wonder how many times this has happened when I have stepped away? This is VERY disturbing and, clearly, detrimental to my son learning how to read!!! This glitch MUST be fixed immediately. My son loves the app and I know it could be an amazing tool, but holy cow!!! After having and paying for this app for a month +, the letters never changed. It was always the same 5 or so letters. Thumbs down on this app. It's expensive and glitchy. There's potential, but you need new developers. Your UX folks seem to be on point.

The reading program itself is great. My kids love it and I really saw improvement. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because they have technical issues with the automatic renewal they need to fix but haven't. Month after month my account is charged but when my kids go to use the app a screen pops up to select a purchase method. I've email at least 4 times (every month) and they have to go and give me access again. Why should I have to email every month to be able to use an app that I'm automatically being charged for? It's a hassle and I've had enough. If they can't fix it then it's pointless to me and I suggest anyone thinking about signing up decided if they really want to be emailing the company every month in order to use something they are already paying for. It's so disappointing to me. I would think a great company like this would be more on top of making sure their programs are running smoothly for their paying customers. I will add that they do respond in a reasonable time frame to emails, but I still feel like this should be a fairly easy fix on their part. I don't understand why they just won't fix it.
Keep charging me after we stopped subscription

I stopped the subscription for this app several months ago, and I keep getting charged. The most recent charge being yesterday! The app didn't help my child so we uninstalled and unsubscribed long ago yet are still being billed. No reply from the app developer about this so I have decided to leave a review in hope it will get resolved.
Takes forever to load/ tech problem

I love this app to the extent of paying to have it for my kids forever (paid more than $70). But it take a long time to load, not 5 or 10 minutes but more than 20mins. You guys need to fix the technical problem so that the kids can enjoy using it more. It's just frustrating!

Even though they charge me every month, I never have access to my purchases through the app. Really frustrating.
