Good content. Extremely poor software implementation and no subscription setup.

There has got to be a better way.

If I have not used or opened app , why am I being charged. I should be able to agree to paying. If I want to know about app, why am I being charged. I got sick with a virus and when I downloaded app. By the time I noticed I being charged for something I was just looking at.

Awesome tool for pre-k to k

My 4 year old just finished with this app. She knew her basic sounds and this app took her to he next level. She is able to read at 1st grade level while still in preschool. I have highly recommend this app to all of my fiends. It does require that you work with your children. This is not self guiding, so this is for involved parents only.

I purchased the full game for $50 and it never works. Well I take that back we were on level three, but when I returned we were back at level 1. I’m signed in, but it says I can’t move past level 1 until I pay! Very, very frustrating.

Buyer beware. After having a good experience with the books, I downloaded the app that allows you to access the first lesson without registering. The app them prompts you to choose one of three plans to "unlock the full program." I chose the free 7 day trial that them automatically updates to $6.99 a month. The app took my money but didn't unlock the lessons, so I called and a customer service rep told me that "unlock the full program" with a free 7 day trial that auto updates to $6.99 a month actually means you have to wait 7 days before you can access the paid lessons. Not wanting to wait, I them paid $49 for the lifetime version and the app took my money but didn't unlock the lessons. They them had the nerve to tell me over the phone that because I had bought through a 3rd party (apple) and not directly, I would have to send copies of my receipt and then wait 1-2 business days before they would give me access. Ridiculous.

Purchased it for a month and it worked great. I got charged for a second moth but the app would not let us in. It kept saying I had to purchase it again so I just cancelled it.

Do NOT do the free try

I signed up for the free try and then turned it off after the time was up. They kept it on and charged my card. I contacted customer service and we emailed back and forth and were able to “cancel” the service or so I thought. I have discontinued the service and taken the app off my phone and they STILL CHARGE ME EVERY MONTH and every month I contact their service department and cancel the service and tell them to stop charging me and they continue. It’s been going on for 4 months!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This app NEVER works properly. I'm so tired of paying for it monthly and it not working properly. Now I need to figure out how to cancel it. I want my money back. I’ve sent a message to customer service and the only thing I got back was instructions on how to install it. Not even a “sorry you’re having problems”.

Signed up for a seven day free trial. Instruction said it would be easy to manage and cancel if I decided to cancel. Well I decided to cancel and guess what? It’s nearly impossible to do. Apple doesn’t see a pre-trial apparently Abby for the scription so you can’t find it under manage your subscription. There’s no option to get out of the seven day trial on the website that I can find on the website is full of glitches. For instance you click on their email address to open an email and nothing happens. You go to type in your email address and nothing happens. Somehow they have my address as Baltimore Maryland I live in Massachusetts. Another glitch I’m sure. I know this program has an excellent reputation that’s why I was willing to give it a free trial. But for my grandchildren it just didn’t work out they’re not that interested and I see no reason for me to keep it. I am extremely disappointed that’s such a reputable name that’s been around for many years would have such errors in their site. Errors that seem to me to be geared at keeping people passed their free trial so that they can bill them. I do see another review where the woman is billed every month and has to call them every month to cancel. This is frustrating aggravating terribly wrong he should just not be happening from a reputable company. My advice is to stay away from the digital version at least. Also we were led to this trial through a game and we were supposed to get credits in the game to use as currency, upwards of 20,000 so called diamonds that never arrived. I don’t just try everything that I’m asked to try and order to earn points or game currency, but I do expect to receive them if it’s promised.
