Wonderful Vacation Rentals!

I have reserved several vacation destination homes, cottages, condos through both Vacation Rentals By Owners and HomeAway over many years! I always read the reviews and base my choice on the review! My hubby and I have never been disappointed in any accommodations. We have reserved in Maine and Aruba! This is the way to travel! I hope to continue to use both booking sites for as long as we are able!
Please show actual prices per night for search dates

It’s so annoying the app doesn’t always show the price per night for the dates you are searching. It’s very frustrating to find a place you love and the. Find out the price listed was the lowest price of the year and the price for your dates is triple. Please fix this, it’s ridiculous.
Needs improvements for consumers

From a consumer stand-point, the following needs to be improved, as they are interfering with effectively searching the properties for what one is looking for. 1. Need an option to sort by total price, not price per night. The various fees considerably change the total cost, making price per night daily useless. 2. Bed configurations. The listing owner needs to be required to clearly state the bed configurations and how they they are arriving at the number of guests their property will accommodate. I frequently see hotels list 2 queen beds but sleeping 5-6.
Needs more features and doesn’t sync with desktop website correctly

There needs to be other features besides favorites. It would help tremendously to be able to eliminate homes when looking so you don’t have to keep seeing them and trying to remember why you didn’t want (without looking through pics and descriptions again). It would also be useful to add notes to a particular house as well so you can use that when trying to narrow down houses. Also, when you favorite a house on the desktop website it goes on it’s own list instead of combined with others
Misleading Pricing

Even when putting in specific dates, the average price per night is no average. Example: condo shows average of $125 a night for 4 nights. Grand total with fees? Over $4000. Deleting app, can no longer trust this service.

The picture off the balcony was so deceptive. Maybe the water was that high on a full moon with a storm surge. Otherwise it was a 1/4 mile trudge to the water.

This house is perfect for 2-3 families. Lots of space inside and out. About a 25 minute drive to the All Star Village.
