Who designed this app? It’s awful. It’s worse than awful. Search is awful. UI/UX is awful and incomprehensible. Coupons don’t work. Usability is awful. Instead of Hobby Lobby closing down on Sundays, perhaps you should stay open and re-design this astonishing mess.
Please fix it!! I’m begging.

I absolutely love hobby lobby!! This app though.... frustrating! When I click an item to view details, price and a closer view, then want to return to where I left off looking, it sends me ALL the way BACK to the home screen. Then I have to start my search all over again! Makes me not want to click an item to view it because I’ll have to start over afterwards. Please fix it! I’d love to be using the wish list feature, but this prevents me from clicking.
It needs a Back button!

I love the app, it’s easy to use but it doesn’t have a back button, I have to go all the way back to the main menu and not where I left off, it’s pretty annoying.
Sign it doesn’t work.

This app won’t let me sign into it. I can’t change the password either. The whole sight is hard to navigate.

I love hobby lobby it’s a great store but maybe they should work on the apps quirks a little more. I keep getting logged out and It gets really old after a while might as well use the online website
Needs easily accessible search bar and a back button

I like shopping at Hobby Lobby, but this app needs a search bar at the top of every page and a back button. It is too difficult to find the search bar. Once you have done a search and looked at a particular item, it difficult to go back to your search. A back button would help.

I have a few issues with this app. 1) the search button is hard to get to. 2) anytime I click a certain item to see more info when I go back it takes me back to the home page instead of my search thread. Other than that I love the app. Coupon linked is a plus, price matching, and more features. Just for the inconvenience of having to search the same thing over and over I’m giving it a 2 star, because it’s tedious trying to stay on track.

I tried to look for something on the app. And I couldn’t find the search bar?! I looked in a couple places on the app but nope I couldn’t find it....and the item I was looking for was a specific paper...I would have had to sift through the 1,000s of items they had for scrapbooking and such. Yah, no. I went o Michaels app and boom search bar was easy to find and found what I was looking for. Guess who’s going to get my money.

I love shopping at Hobby Lobby but this version of their app is terrible! The search bar is difficult to find and once you click on an item that you searched for, there’s no back button to take you to the previous page ??♀️
