I says press phone icon and go to blocked calls and identification then activate hiya it doesn’t have that selection on the I phone

Spam calls come in waves, and Hiya used to identify. Not any more. Now there is ZERO value in free (you’re doing THEIR job for them), and premium (which I pay for my parents) is garbage. AT&T now identifies legit calls (grey check), so Hiya and it’s unethical CEO (look how he bought 411.com) can go back under their rock.

Even with all of the settings on, it doesn’t seem to be protecting from any spam calls. Even when I update/refresh frequently

It does nothing. I can’t even tell I have the app downloaded on my phone. Have never seen it work.

Does not block any calls or give any info except domestic line and State. I had hiya on my Samsung phone and LG. Worked good Not good on iPhone

This app is useless for being a yearly paid app. Every time I check a phone it shows “NO NAME AVAILABLE”. Does not show who is calling while receiving a call. Will not continue paying yearly and will cancel at the end.
