The last app update made the reviewing the records very difficult and hard to use ... hope it’s will be fixed very soon on the upcoming updates . Thanks
Doesn’t work on iPhone with new IOS

Doesn’t work well with the new Apple IOS download. App constantly crashes when using.

Horizontal view closes app

App closes when you rotate your phone horizontally and more importantly half of my cameras appear to be offline when they’re not. I can playback the supposed offline cameras but I don’t have live view and it’s extremely frustrating.

App crashes in horizontal mode

Get constant issues with “unstable connection” and app crashes when flipping to horizontal view. Connection has been tested and verified by provider. Installer has been out and tried everything they can to fix issue with no resolution. All started with latest update to software/firmware.
Great system, good value for money, needs a permanent mute function!

Only thing that brings it down for me is the lack of a mute function. Don't want the app constantly ringing when I am at work and in meetings. Need a way to turn off the ringer for extended periods of time when necessary.
Crashes upon landscape orientation

I have had this app for sometime and it worked fine. With IOS 14 the app now crashes every-time you turn the phone to landscape mode. This limits what you can see. Hopefully a fix soon. Anyone else having this experience?
No way to rearrange devices?

I have several DVRs and I wish to put a dvr on top of the list for easy access. However, that doesn’t seem to be possible. Newly added device are always placed on top and older one below. Can you please help?
