Crashes on iPad after latest update! **FIXED!!!

Like others have stated, the account vanishes as soon as you log in. Soon as you open the app, there is a brief flash on the screen and everything disappears. Can’t see any cameras again, even though still logged in. You have to delete the app, re-download and log back in. But that only works for a couple of uses. Then it does it again. Have to delete and start all over. Not good. Please fix as soon as possible. This is useless as it stands right now. When it worked, it was 5 stars. I’ll revise my review when you fix! Thanks… It has been fixed with latest update! Works great again. 5 stars!

The latest update cause the cameras not to display , only have playback feature. Unable to link with the support page…

I recently changed security cameras that this app supports. I currently have a need to view footage to identify a possible crime scene. This app is compromising my investigation. Not solid, constantly breaks up… bad internal programming? please someone contact me…. Still awaiting support.

since I Last updated my mobile and ipad yesterday Jan 25 2021, I lost my devices. I cannot see the cams in my home. I tried to add it back but no luck. please give us advice
