Works well most of the time, but then suddenly it wIll not show any records, for days together. I hope someone will fix this.

The app works for live view but the playback is a lottery on if it will actually work or say my network is unstable. This is whether or not I am on cell or the same wifi network the nvr is hardwired on. I can massage it along at about 5 min increments but after about 20 min of trying to get it to work, it gives me network unstable and I have to start over. Sorry, I like my Nest product better. It had a fee but worked correctly.
Viewing camera

How do you view the camera system when you are not connected to the same Wi-Fi network. When I leave the network the cameras show disconnected. Please help.
