Not receiving text whennotification is turn on along with sound and badges possible bug

Running the latest app of Hik-Connect and having issue when receiving text from system.I have notifications turned on and sound turned on and grouping turned on yet either one of theseFeatures do not work. I should be receiving a sound when a text comes through for this app but I do not

My V series video intercom can’t push calls to my iPhone. It works well with my android but not with my iphone.

The system has not worked since I’ve really had it. Sometimes it does sometimes it don’t .can’t do playback it’s very slow skips time that won’t do anything at all. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone when I call I really need help thank you Linda
Needs portrait mode on iPad.

Please allow screen rotation for iPad. I’m using an iPad as a permanent display and the picture is too small on landscape.
