This company has completely fallen off the map. I never really leave reviews but the challenges faced with using this app has made it worthless. I can’t save to my phone, can’t share from a space. Spaces is useless, travesty all the way around.

Won't let me set my login and password and gives no hint or explanation as to why. Going to ask my customer to send their information to my company in a form other than this.

I HAD TO get this app because my photographer sent me my photos through them. I can’t do anything with my pictures. Not user friendly at all. And I can’t contact anyone that can simply tell me how I can download all my photos into my phone. Smh. I hope they realize use this venue is a mistake.
Can’t even log in

The app is horrible. I can’t even log in. Once I start the app and tap on the log in box the app closes immediately.
Needs an iPad version.

Hightail is a extremely useful site. The app isn’t bad - on an iPhone. It’s useless on an iPad. I guess they assume you’ll use a web browser.

Looks more like a social sharing app then a professional data sharing. The app doesn’t load or allow you to manage much. shame.
