Can’t create an account

Tried logging in with google they didn’t work. Tried making a new account - that didn’t work - no error message or reason given so no way to troubleshoot / terrible on boarding experience

Deleted because I couldn’t get past the ‘create account’ screen, and I’m no slouch when it comes to apps. Very disappointing.

Every time I try to play an MP4 I get the “video type is unavailable for preview “ message. Not trying to preview—trying to watch! Deleted it. This is one of those times Apple needs to allow zero stars.

This app used to be a 5 star treasure. Now it is just junk. It has been so long since they have updated the app that it doesn’t even work with the current IOS in IPhone. I had to access the app through the App Store but you still can’t update, on run virtually through the store. Stored files are in no logical order, not alphabetical or any other way of organization that I can see. Hightail was a fantastic company 5 years ago. I sent files to clients from the Highlands of Scotland back then. Now it is a tedious experience using the app and website and Hightail is truly the worst in customer service. I was overcharged on my account for 4 years and it took leaving a VM on the president’s phone to get a call back from CS. They rectified it, but come on! Bottom line: don’t open an account with Hightail. I have 10 years of files stored there so an kind of held hostage.

The app is a big waste of space just like the actual website is. I cannot open mp4 videos on my phone with this useless crap. Don’t waste your money or app space.

I was not even able to get past the ”Please tell us how you liked this App” comment box, which pops up immediately. I selected not to comment, which then brought up another comment box insisting I write a comment. I wrote: I have no comment, I have yet to use this new version of the App.” I clicked Send, then the App froze-up. Please Fix or go back to the previous version. This update is dead on arrival.
Terrible - very difficult to unsubscribe

They made me chat/call to unsubscribe, then funneled me over to third party zendesk -asked for first 6 and last 4 of card, email and address! Very odd and super shady feeling.

First time my wife logged in it errored then it refuses to create new accounts or login with old accounts. If I can’t login to your software what good is it.
