I hate that I can’t access my folders from the app anymore. This use to be a quick way for me to send clients a link to download their images - but it doesn’t work anymore ?


Updated app is worthless

Previous version allowed access to folders via the app. Current version doesn’t and is a major inconvenience.

So I saved a bunch of files to this app on my iPhone but now they will no longer open! I contacted support and they said it’s because they haven’t updated the app, yet my iPhone says it should be up to date. Many of my files unfortunately can’t be replaced.


Worst login experience

Tried to retrieve files sent to me, and had the worst experience ever! Login screens were out of dimension and ran off screen where I could not access entry fields or read text. Clearly this app isn’t tested.


Just plain horrible

This app is woeful. The developers should be ashamed to even have this in existence. I only use it when someone sends me a large file, but you can barely do anything in the app. I end up having to download it to my laptop and then find a work around. Needs to be 100x better.

I have tried 100 different ways to login from my iPhone. It all seems to be glitchy sign in problems. I absolutely have to use this for my work. And it doesn’t work.

Reliability, reliability reliability.. <--- This.. If I send a file, I expect it to arrive.. if it doesn't I expect an email telling me why.. instead of it showing up hours after my client's deadline and I'm miles across town in a meeting. Do they have any idea how much of a scramble to save my account this creates? Sickening. Now I've angered to accounts. All because HighTail has stated "We've sent your file!" and they haven't.., NOT ACCEPTABLE!
