Don’t sign up for file sharing with this app

This is a terrible app! I have been trying to access a file and it’s requiring me to reset my password over five times. I still can’t access the files. The website barely works and it does not have a help feature.

The hightail app before spaces combined was good. Now it's confusing to navigate through and I can't hear or view my files like before. And the most important thing, I can't figure out how to send files from my phone

Once they went to Spaces the app never worked again. Completely useless piecer. Don't waste your time or money on this junk. There are much better solutions that actually work. Used to be able to click and listen on an iPhone, now nothing happens. Useless.

I mainly use the app for sending one off audio files (I’m a record producer). With the previous version, I could go to a folder, find the song I wanted, copy the link, and send that link to someone so that they could download the file. Now, with these spaces, I can’t do that from the phone version, (and it takes extra steps on the PC version). On the phone version, I can access my folders, but when I click “send files”, it only allows me to access photos and videos on my phone! I can’t send files from my hightail folder (or if I can, it is totally non-intuitive on how to do it). Maybe I need to switch to Dropbox or something else. The old version on Hightail was 5 stars, this version is 1 star...

I can’t upload a video outside of this app on my iPhone (like I can on iPad). Go to safari and find the space and try to upload and am forced to download the app to do that. Then the app shows no spaces?!? Can’t upload to a space that doesn’t exist in the app. Frustrating!!

I miss the old app, website and everything else. This spaces thing does not work. My customers are confused and tell me they can’t download the files. I don’t have the time to train them, nor should I, on how this mess works. I just want to create a link and send it to my customers that is easy for them to access. The time factor is paramount and Hightail is now a roadblock to success. I go back to the you send it days. You took a great product and flushed it. FIX IT!

What’s the point of the app? Yes, I know I sent the files. That doesn’t do me much Good unless I can open them.

iOS app is now completely worthless

This used to be a good app. We used it to send mp3s of meetings so we could listen to them on our iPhones. Now, I can't figure out why the iOS app even exists. Can no longer save audio files and listen to them offline. It's literally the app does nothing. It appears to allow you to share photos, but that's it. And somehow, it manages to be buggy and unrealizable even though it performs no discernible function. The web app appears to work reasonably well for our purposes, but they may as well pull the iPhone app off the market. Look elsewhere if you want a mobile solution.

What is going on I use this app for my business and I’m having MAJOR ISSUES DOWNLOAD A FILE FROM A SHARED FOLDER. THEN IT READS I CAN DOWNLOAD THE HIGHTAIL APP FOR IOS LIKE IT DOESN’T know I have the app and had it for years.
