Just hope whoever is making you download this decides to switch tools. So painful to use. Crashes constantly. Slow performance. The worst.

I used to send links for clients to access files easily in the old version. I just spent and hour trying to send a link.’..no love. I’m thinking of finding anther system. If it ain’t broke , don’t fix it! It’s broke!

The handful of positive reviews are obviously planted, they can’t offset the avalanche of complaints from long time users like myself who say this service has been ruined, no longer functional on iPhone, confusing, glitchy and useless. WeTransfer does what I need for free, sends audio files.

I tried creating an account, and it failed repeatedly. I finally gave up and saw an email saying I have to use a browser, not the app, to create an account. Why don't you disable that option in the app, or redirect users to a real browser? I tried creating an account using Safari and that seemed to hang forever. I wouldn't leave a poor review if this was a temporary support issue, but judging from the other negative reviews, this has been a problem for at least a year or more, with no attempts by the publisher to fix the problem. I am not impressed and will be looking for a different solution.

This is a terrible app. O information until you finally go to web page but then that is sketchy at best. Never could create a new account and I am not a dummy with technology! ?

Says you won’t be charged, then you download it and your charged $9.99 before you even open the app. WTHeck?

I use it mostly to send songs. This is terrible now. Most times people don’t get them and I have to send again. Old version was simple and worked great. Probably not going to renew
