App has never worked correctly! Continuously needs maintenance and generally never works. Developers go back and start over. The user should not have to battle the app every time it’s used. Other media apps used have no trouble with network identity. Heos however does. Drops network can’t find it even when a few inches from AVR.

This app is a mess. The most unintuitive navigation I’ve ever seen. So easy to get lost and to miss important functionality. And why does it keep asking me to set up my sound bar, which has been set up for months, every time I play something other than my TV through it? The bar sounds great, but the app is a disaster.

App never can find the device even if you’re standing right next to it. And what stinks is that this is the only app for HEOS. Had I know this before I wouldn’t have purchased. App is the worse. It appears that the developers don’t care about our concerns as many have stated the same problem.

I have had this product for years now and I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve been able to connect to it without waiting 30+ minutes to connect. Complete waste of money. Would not recommend.

The app is terrible and the devices refuse to connect via WiFi. Every step was followed and there was no logical reason for it to not work.

Wow! It is amazing to me that there are so many musical tricks and treasures the HEOS app unlocks! I love it! There is nothing it won’t do when paired with all my favorite services and servers. It streams incredibly well from my hi-def iTunes library via the Twonky Server. Thanks for building such a great tool!!!
Cannot create an account through the app

I am using the Heos App on my iPhone 8 running IOS 12.3, to connect with the ARS-S740H. I cannot create an account using the app. The app accepts my email and password to create the account. Then I go to the next screen to choose locations, there are no locations displayed, and I cannot proceed with account creation. Attempting to create account on the ARS-S740H front display or attached monitor is not successful either. Heos is not ready for prime time on app or receiver.
