Plays everything on my iPhone and lets my Apple Watch control volume and song skip. I customized EQ settings for two sets of Bluetooth speakers (large and small) and they sound so much better now. Best of all, it’s free. I’d pay a one time fee to buy this but every other app wants a monthly sub. even though it does nothing new every month. No Way. Get this app for you iTunes/ Bluetooth combo and live happy.

This is mu GO TO app for audio! The equalizer is fantastic and I have settings for all of my audio devices. Headphones, earbuds, home stereo, and my car! It works perfectly with my downloaded music as well as with Tunein radio stations.

I mostly listen to my own ALAC music stored on IMac and with listening 4 different family iPhones and iPads. It has a great customizable built-in EQ (I use the stock restorer version and most often listen with Shure 535 earphones on an iPhone X). I want to listen to great audio from my music music. The Denin interface that lets me find the albums by artist or by genre is my go to. Then add what I want to a queue to play either random or cd order. It is perfect for me. I never use Apple Music app. App always is in sync with music from iTunes on iMac. The other feature is built in Tune-in and connection to a fandom site with one tap while song is playing to get lyrics (reminders), the full story on this song, other covers, and other albums by same artist. I hope this app never disappears as it is spot on with my needs.

Great EQ, music library/player and radio

I REALLY love this app. It’s got a solid, great sounding and easy-to-use EQ with presets, plus the ability to save your personal settings. I love the ability to create a queue of music I want to hear (the same way you pick the music you want to hear on a jukebox), whether it’s a song, an album, or the entire library. I can also create and save playlists. LOTS of radio stations and podcasts (featuring music, arts, news, sports, etc) from countries and languages all around the world. I can even hear my local AM/FM stations. The player also displays the current artist and song info when available. Please don’t change this app, Denon. It’s feature packed and perfect.

I’m so very thankful that Denon still updates their player for the latest iOS versions. I truly hope they continue to do so for years to come. I don’t even want the UI to change! I love the larger-to-the-edge-of-screen album artwork-covers also! I only wish there was a setting so that the player would remain keeping the iPhone on like maps when in GPS mode. Customizing the EQs makes this a Hi-Res Audio dream! Thank you Denon!

Simple to use interface. Looks cool. Works great. Works in landscape mode as well. Others giving one stare claiming it doesn’t work might try restoring their phone. The problem is not the app.
Better than Apple Music app but has a bug

While this app may be a little difficult to navigate through and find the right screen or options, the shuffle feature does not repeat songs like the default Apple player app does. When you add songs to the queue and shuffle them it's like a deck of cards and plays through them in the shuffled order until every song has been played. The issue I have is that it skips songs in the queue. You hear just a blip of the next song and it advances to the next and it happens every 5 to 10 songs. Fix this and it would be so much better.
