So many problems!

For one, it won’t let me log onto my TV so I have to keep screen casting it! Also, I keep getting the “Can’t Play Video You’re Streaming HBO GO on too many devices simultaneously.” Message, when I’m literally logged in on only one! I literally logged out of all my devices and re-logged in again on the device I was trying to use and it still showed that message. I have never used a streaming app that made watching something so difficult!

Absolutely pathetic. Just another service AT&T turns to crap. Can’t even use the app because it says I’m not in service area. IM IN ARKNASAS
Difficult to Browse

While I haven’t had a n issue streaming, this app is incredibly difficult to browse shows and movies, so I rarely wind up watching anything. When you’re browsing a list, each movie or show has a huge image that takes up half the screen, so scrolling through a list takes forever. It’s bad design. Also, you can’t download movies to watch offline. HBO is the most expensive streaming service we have, thinking of cancelling until things improve.

When I sign in, it takes me to the Xfinity page, with no option to use HBO Go anywhere. It keeps signing me back out, and the process repeats itself. Have tried from several different devices and they all do the same thing.

All I have to say is SHAME ON YOU HBO & CINEMAX! in order to make bigger profits HBO and CINEMAX are bending consumers over & screwing LONGTIME & LOYAL paying customers like me by removing their channels from Dishnetwork!!!! They are no longer an option for Dish customers! I’ve been a LOYAL PAYING HBO & CINEMAX customer for decades! THANKS A LOT for screwing your loyal customers...and new unsuspecting customers...HBO...you GREEDY SELFISH A$$#@[£§!

This app was constantly forgetting my login info, now it just repeatedly asks for my tv provider, no matter how many times I select Xfinity. Can’t watch anything. F*** this s*** app.

The app is not usable! It constantly times out...and often gives the message that HBO is not available! Very frustrating. We are accessing the app through Apple TV high was recently purchased by us...but frankly, the app is. To functional.

Seems to only work properly if it’s the only app running, and half the time not even then. The only solutions I’ve found are to just restart the app when it freezes or when it gets stuck on a loading screen for the hundredth time today.
