This app used to work great but now I can’t log in and now I just get hung up on the screen with 3 blue dots when I try and log in with the right credentials. I’ve spent way too much time trying to figure this out. I’m going to watch something not on HBO.

First time I’ve tried to use the app in months and I cannot log in - I use my tv provider credentials to sign into other apps without issue but not this one. Deleted and reinstalled, same problem. Not worth downloading.

Since HBO Latino does not have an app to Spanish speakers watch English movies & tb shows in Spanish......HBO go needs to include SAP in the App too. My family only speaks Spanish, and because of this, they only can watch HBO Latino live tv to watch the current shows and films. This is very disappointing foe a big company like HBO not to have SAP included in the App. ??

I use this app maybe once a month. Every time I launch it I have to sign in again and it never recognizes my password. So I have to either re-download the app or change my password. It’s as though they don’t want you to use the app to watch movies!

Can’t watch anything keeps crashing.

I can’t sign in using my AT&T WatchTV account. It keeps saying “Something went wrong!” message and I know I’m signing in with the right credentials. I need help.

I have a subscription with Directv for HBO. And every time I try to sign into HBO Go it says it can’t verify my subscription. I’ve call Directv and they say it’s HBO Go that has the issue. I’ve tried email HBO multiple time and no reply. What a waste of time ordering HBO if I can’t even use their app. It would of been nice to watch anywhere. I would not recommend this app

I’ve been using this app for 2 months already and everything was fine but all of the sudden one day I enter the app and does not let me sign in. The thing is I choose my provider but when I try to choose my country it doesn’t even appear on the list but before it was, now am very disappointed because I liked the app but now there is no way I can enjoy it if it doesn’t let me sign in.

Fails with chrome cast

The app does not work for chrome cast. When you chose your video to play and press connect to Castro your device, it says that it cannot play because you are streaming two devices on your hbo account at once, when in reality, the app is counting the thing you are trying to screen as if you are going to watch it on your phone as well. Very disappointing hbo. Do better sis
