Stopped playing any titles. What happened?

Very dated

Love the content, but no longer can watch anything. I don’t get an error message, just the ellipses.... My iOS is up to date. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Turned my iPad off and back on. Signed out and signed back in to the app. What else can I do?

Lately (last few days) cannot actually watch anything. After hitting play button I get three blue dots, then screen goes dark. No error message at all. No playback. I tried all the options on the help page for iOS no change. Sometimes I can watch a single episode or movie, but next attempt at playback of another selection fails as above. What changed? Third review. Jan 10. Thanks No help, no new release. Maybe the download speed requirement has changed. Used to watch regularly while traveling, now useless to me. Since originally writing this review, still unable to watch anything.

No Longer Chromecast Compatible?

My HBO GO auto-updated and now I get an error message every time I try to cast a show or movie to my TV using my Google Chromecast. I get a pop up error on the HBO GO app that tells me “Can’t Cast Video: for more information, see the device you are trying to cast to.” Well, the Chromecast device itself works fine because now I am watching original programming on my Amazon Prime Video App, Netflix and Hulu instead... What gives, HBO GO?

I been watching movies on hbo go for sometime now, and it just login me out my AT&T tv account on my phone AND iPad.?it keep saying “ we’re having trouble verifying your access to HBO GO with your TV provider”. I cleaned my history on safari, deleted the app and downloaded again, restarted my device and everything. And NONE OF IT work. I was just watching Shazam yesterday and now it won’t login me in. I would like to continue the ending of Shazam. “0033-the customer is not authorized for the content requested”

App doesn’t download or link account
