Loyal from inception!

I’m not certain where all the negative comments come from; I’ve been a loyal HauteLook shopper since their inception around same time Zulily and Amazon Local also started up and the latter didn’t make it and my belief is that HauteLook’s quality and customer service is far superior to that of Zulily. Often items from Zulily cannot even be returned, there isn’t a store front offered as an option for returns and on multiple occasions I’ve mistakenly ordered wrong sizes, contacted customer service and even though the particular sale has ended they have gone extra mile by reaching out to their supplier and often successfully gotten me the product I was looking for. I LOVE HAUTELOOK!!!

I wish they would taker greater steps to protect people information because I got alerted my account with this company was compromised and some of my information was circulating around . Please take steps to prevent this from happening to others.

Hi. I just bought 3 items and for some reason they didn’t allow me to pay 3 items at the same time. I am not agree to pay for the shipping just for the single item. I put the 3 items in the cart but . The machine didn’t allow to pay the 3 items at the same time. Why? It is unfair why I have to pay for a single item shipping plus tax . It’s almost equal the price for the item price. I have been a customer of the company for more than 10 years. Now I try to send a feed back and the app doesn’t work. Terrible app.

Keeps crashing and takes forever to add item to cart

I have been using this app to shop for 4 years. All my updates are done regularly. Over the past month it crashes all the time, it takes forever to add item to cart, suddenly my cart empties and I have to login again all the time. This app used to be so easy and never had these issues. What is going wrong?


SO SLOW

Last two updates are so, so slow. Slow to add items to cart. Slow to show pictures and item details when I tap an item. Slow to load a list of items for sale. Slow to show available filters. And when I say slow, I mean VERY SLOW. I timed 1.5 minutes to put an item into my cart. Some sales I wanted to check out never did load before I had to move on with my life. Love the app and HauteLook usually but this is completely unsustainable.

I’ve been using the HauteLook app for almost 10 years. Tried adding a credit card today and the app told me that for security reasons I had to re-enter the number, but provided no space to re-enter the number. Went back to edit the credit card in the “add payment” section and it would not authorize my card. Called customer service and the first thing she said in her reply to me was “well you’re the first person this is happened to this weekend...” thus automatically placing the blame on the customer. I’m done with HauteLook.

I always have a problem with buying a clearance items as the website would have an item listed but when I try to put it in the bag it stated error and it’s usually for your $0.10 items. Makes me think that’s it’s done on purpose by the customer service as it does not states sold out.
