Mande una maleta a McAllen Tx y nunca llegó y hablé ala oficina donde yo pague $99 para que la llevaran y no me quisieron ayudar dijeron que ese es mi problema y que yo hablara ala oficina de San Antonio Tx porque ahí fue la última vez que estubo mi maleta y nadie contesta al número que me dieron y se perdió mi maleta. Horrible servicio en la oficina de Lubbock Tx

I have had to travel on Greyhound quite a bit and I have always found the drivers very professional in every way.

On December 14th I booked a ticket round trip from New York to Harrisburg, PA station for my brother in law. And his bus arrived to Harrisburg on time however he was not to happy with his service back to New York. His bus was suppose to depart Harrisburg, PA 12/18/2019 at 10:35am from Harrisburg and arrived to NY at 4:10 PM and it didn’t leave Harrisburg, PA til 3 hours later and it only took him to Philadelphia, Pa. My brother in law didn’t leave til 2 o’clock and had to be at a very important event in NY that caused him to lose out on a great opportunity. I’ve spoke with a lady named Cacavillo or Cavillo from greyhounds customer service and she was not a great help at all. She refused to refund me half of my payment and only offered $9 to compensate for the 3 hour delay and mind you my brother in law didn’t get to NY til 11 o’clock because he had to take the taxi from Philadelphia and that is not okay. The bus was suppose to take him to NY not just to Philadelphia. Never take Greyhound!! They have the worse service ever!

I need a refund because when I tried purchasing a ticket on the greyhound website, at checkout when I confirmed the payment, the page loaded as an error saying “access denied” the site never confirmed my payment nor trip. I refreshed my page and tried again the site still read “access denied... you don’t have permission to access” I then go into the app to complete the purchase, I checked my bank account and you charged me twice but never confirmed the 1st transaction. I even have a picture of the system message.

I can afford to fly, but I choose Greyhound for travel. Comfy seats, free WiFi, and less hassle than the airport ! The app and pre-check are so convenient. I can arrive 30 minutes before departure and board easily. For my frequent trips to California, Greyhound is the very best option when I don’t want to drive myself.
