Пожалуйста, сделайте географический фильтр на главной страничке!!! Зачем мне просматривать сотни запросов на доставку в Буэнос Айрес в то время как я туда не собираюсь ехать?! Это же очевидная фича! Нужна возможность отсеивания запросов по категориям «откуда» и «куда».

Worst pay I ever saw in life! 14 business days after delivery and have not received the money I invested in the product and my reward. In other words, it's not worth it, you get 15, 20 dollars to take a 100 dollar thing and it takes forever to get the money back. And the support is saying that will send the payment after 10 business days of delivery, says that the bank may take time to put the transfer to you, my payment method is PayPal (instant payment) if they had made the transfer it would have taken maybe 1 minute. Pior pagamento que já vi na vida! 14 dias úteis depois da entrega e ainda não recebi o dinheiro que investi no produto e minha recompensa. Ou seja não vale a pena vc ganha 15, 20 dólares pra levar uma coisa de 100 dólares e demora uma eternidade pra receber o dinheiro de volta. E o suporte fica falando que vai enviar o pagamento depois de 10 dias úteis da entrega, fala que o banco pode demorar pra colocar a transferência pra você, minha forma de pagamento e PayPal ( pagamento instantâneo) se tivessem feito a transferência teria demorado talvez 1 minuto.

I should start by saying that I love this app and it’s service. It’s awesome until you need customer support. I needed to change my payment information because I closed the account I had on the app and after trying to change that in the app (and failing) I contact the support team. After multiple messages in a few weeks, someone responds that they will look into it. Another month (and more msgs sent to them) and no response, I was about to get a lawyer to get my money back. A couple of days before I meet with the lawyer to see what my options were, I received a marketing email and decided to respond to it—by that point I didn’t want anything to do with the app anymore—and got a response right away. I was then told my money was sent to me to a different account (which I don’t remember giving them because they never respond to my emails) and granted, when I checked it I saw that I did get paid but I have multiple accounts, I wouldn’t know which one to track for the payment. I just think it would only take them a few seconds to tell me where they sent the money. I was almost 2 months trying to get this resolved and it could’ve been done in seconds if they only took the time to respond a message. Again, love the service and will probably use again, but hate their customer service and if I have to deal with that again I will definitely delete the app.

The idea is great, if there was any customer support at all. My traveller discarded critical parts of my itens when discarding the box, rendering the item useless. Grabr will not respond to any request for help. The 24/7 buyer support is not true. They simply suggest that you “work it out with the traveller”. You are really at the mercy of the traveller. Mine was messy, disorganized and did not take any responsibility. Not a serious business.

The support team is ridiculous. It has been 18 days since I delivered and grabr is still withholding my money. Grabr hasn’t responded to my email which was sent 3 days ago. I received my payout notifications on June 3rd and June 4th, yet nothing in my bank account. They said that I got the red flag on their security system and asked me for my ID, flight ticket and receipt. I contacted my shopper to ask if there were any issues and she has also helped me to reach out to grabr. This is my first time as a traveller and I am worried grabr will not pay me. How can they hold someone else money? Please be careful if you plan to travel with grabr and using their application. This is my first time and will be the only time. It has been 18 days and I will take all the measure I need to get my money back. Ridiculous. #MyGrabrStory

It’s been almost 3 weeks since I made my first delivery and I still haven’t received payment. 10 business days is way too long to get paid. Plus having to buy the item with your own money just to get reimbursed with a $40 payout? Nahh that’s insane. Someone actually wanted an item that was like $800. I don’t have $800 and if I did I’m not waiting a month to be reimbursed.
