Don’t trust

The support team are a joke. They couldn’t solve any of the error of the app and web to pay by PayPal. After days of no answer from their side, they block my account so I could only use credit card option. If they can’t mantein the payment service of PayPal, how can we trust that will work fine on a problem with the delivery?

I keep getting a notification "red circle" for a message, even when I've already read all of my messages. I think this is on purpose so the customer "keeps engaged" with the app. That's abusive and of very bad taste. Edit: As the other review said: the support team is a joke. I got automatically matched to an unwanted traveler because, according to them, I "pre-approved" that, when in reality I never pre-approved anything. And then they blocked my credit card after I cancelled only two times. Also, the support team took more than 48 hours to reply. Another issue with the payment was that the keyboard was not showing on the screen when it should be.

Impossible to reach the support to this app when needed. Payout information was added without my consent.
No payment for travelers

I’m still waiting for my 33 delivery made between Jan 21-Jan 28th 2019. They only paid 30% of all my transactions. Worst app ever, costumer service never answer my emails. Never more- keep away from this app if you think about make some money when you’re traveling.
