***NOT RECOMMEND*** – Grabr - Global Shopping Review

The support team is ridiculous. It has been 18 days since I delivered and grabr is still withholding my money. Grabr hasn’t responded to my email which was sent 3 days ago. I received my payout notifications on June 3rd and June 4th, yet nothing in my bank account. They said that I got the red flag on their security system and asked me for my ID, flight ticket and receipt. I contacted my shopper to ask if there were any issues and she has also helped me to reach out to grabr. This is my first time as a traveller and I am worried grabr will not pay me. How can they hold someone else money? Please be careful if you plan to travel with grabr and using their application. This is my first time and will be the only time. It has been 18 days and I will take all the measure I need to get my money back. Ridiculous. #MyGrabrStory
