Great idea but doesnt work

Nobody is offering to buy my stuff. And I'm giving good rewards, the products are small. I bought one thing the first time I used the app and it worked great, so I think they lack travellers.

I've luckily been able to have items delivered to me and have delivered items when I went down to Buenos Aires. Here are my experiences: As a traveler delivering grabs: Great experience, they gave me tips as to how I should go about delivering items to those that had accepted my bids, and I was also promptly paid (no longer than a week). It was a great way for me to make some extra money simply by utilizing all that extra space I had left in my suitcase. As someone that wanted a grab/item delivered: I bought plenty of things during their Fashion Week campaign recently and received my items swiftly and promptly from a very nice traveler coming my way. Personally, I've had a wonderful experience! :)

Great app, however the notification option does not works properly. When I try to add cities to my account to be notified I get an error window. Needs some work to get 5 stars!

I love this app! It's enabled me to travel to places I've never visited before (Argentina and Brazil!) and I've met so many cool people along the way.

I travel all the time, sometimes for Work. I use grabr all the time to take a few items with me to places like Rio, BA etc. I earn a lot and meet cool people who are always excited to get the products I'm brining them. Love it.

The application was initially decent but with each update there are more options removed for the customer. Their customer support is not only bad but confrontational. In my opinion they are a little deceitful as well. They offer to match you up with travelers going to your country to bring you the items that you want. But they commonly will contract (pay) a traveler that you do not know, to deliver dozens and dozens of items to different people. I used to be a customer but no more.
