Sounds perfect for the shoppers, but for traveling people is a nightmare to get your money back. Long waiting time for payment ether offers you pass your product you still have minimum 10 business days to get paid, and take in construction you purchase the product 2-3 weeks before( you going see your money back in more than a month) sometimes the shoppers don’t have time to meet and you are stuck with the product what you don’t need and you can definitely not return.

First of all I’d like to say that it’s been several days (weeks) since I delivered and I haven’t received my money back yet. I have been claiming but there is always an excuse. Next week the finance department will yo you and so on. I have used this service several times and it used to work very good. They used to pay you through PayPal. Now they say that they will transfer the money to my bank account and I’m still waiting. I wish I have seen these reviews before but as I already had the app and use it satisfactory, I did t know about this. Hope they pay me back soon but it seems they are playing with our money

Haven't paid me back in over a month

I delivered over $2,000 of goods mid-August and have not been paid back. Despite numerous attempts to reach them they have said the issue would be resolved then not resolved the issue and closed my inquiry when I asked more questions. I am not alone with this issue but the failure of the app to take responsibility or communicate is appalling. This app used to be great but is now absolutely not worth anyone's trust.

I’ve been a traveler for a while in Grabr platform. I wanted to give them a good rating, because I love the idea of the app, but since I’ve been waiting for over 25 days for my payouts, I’m giving only 1 star. In the agreement, they promise a payout within 10 business day. I hope, some day, I can change my rating to 5 stars, in case they provide a faster payout method to travelers.

Support doesn’t work on weekends

Sometimes it bothers a lot that your support doesn’t work on Saturday/Sunday. A lot of issues happens in these days. Great support in Russia ?? One of the best and fast!

I made a delivery in Brazil and they said to me they would pay me in 10 business days max. It’s been 20 business days and I didn’t get a penny. It’s a shame a company like that make a mistake like this. They didn’t even give me a date that i’ll be paid. Not happy with the app, I’ll not going to use again and I don’t recommend it. Fiz uma entrega no Brasil e me disseram que me pagariam em 10 dias úteis. Já se passaram 20 e ainda nada. É uma vergonha que uma empresa dessa cometa esse tipo de erro. Eles nem me passam uma data prevista para o pagamento! Não estou contente com o aplicativo, não vou usar novamente e não recomendo.

This is the 3rd week after all packages were delivered. And no money at all in my bank account. They always say there’s a priority list in wich I am, and they are processing manually all payments, that is a small part of travelers but the most I keep researching the more I’m aware that there’s something strange behind this..
