Awful customer service – Grabr - Global Shopping Review

I should start by saying that I love this app and it’s service. It’s awesome until you need customer support. I needed to change my payment information because I closed the account I had on the app and after trying to change that in the app (and failing) I contact the support team. After multiple messages in a few weeks, someone responds that they will look into it. Another month (and more msgs sent to them) and no response, I was about to get a lawyer to get my money back. A couple of days before I meet with the lawyer to see what my options were, I received a marketing email and decided to respond to it—by that point I didn’t want anything to do with the app anymore—and got a response right away. I was then told my money was sent to me to a different account (which I don’t remember giving them because they never respond to my emails) and granted, when I checked it I saw that I did get paid but I have multiple accounts, I wouldn’t know which one to track for the payment. I just think it would only take them a few seconds to tell me where they sent the money. I was almost 2 months trying to get this resolved and it could’ve been done in seconds if they only took the time to respond a message. Again, love the service and will probably use again, but hate their customer service and if I have to deal with that again I will definitely delete the app.
