Can’t use my son’s phone now

After a very complicated installation we couldn’t get my son’s new phone to work after installation. I thought by uninstalling this app on my child’s phone and reinstalling it that we would be able to get his phone to work again. This did not work and after reading the reviews apparently I am not the only one with this issue. What a waste of time.

Loved this app when my kids had androids but recharged switched to iPhones do not the app won’t work... huge disappointment because I loved this app
It was a mistake to set up a Gmail for the kids

If you set up Gmail accounts for the kids, don’t tell the truth about their dates of birth. Google will lock down that email address so that it can’t be used to log into the most harmless apps imaginable, like Mail for iPad, or YouTube Kids. I’ll be returning the Chrome Book my kid got for Christmas. If anyone at Google reads this, nothing shows more contempt for a customer than transferring their call out of the country.

Effective immediately this app needs to go back to its original form without putting a age restriction on it I’m trying to create 5 individual google email accounts for all 5 of my kids age 12,14,16,17,19 in our state kids are not considered adults until age 21 I need to manage my kids online school with google my classroom but your app won’t allow me to make an account when it wasn’t like this b4 please fix it immediately school restarts in a few days after the holidays and I want everything hooked up immediately thank you please do not delay this

When I first heard about the app I gave it a try. It worked for a night. Upgraded his phone and I couldn’t add the new phone under my acct after deleting the old phone. It kept telling me that my email is already supervising another acct. Uninstalled and reinstalled 4 different times no use. This app is uninstalled indefinitely.

Since we switched to iphone, kid and me., I cannot install family link for kids and teens on my son’s iphone. There is no even option in App store to install family link for kids and teens. What can I do ?
Won’t work on child IOS

App Store doesn’t offer the children’s version on IOS. If our child has android it might be great. But they are missing a HUGE portion of the market for children’s devices. My child uses gmail and I was hoping their program would give more security. We use iOS devices so this is useless to us. Deleting the parent app from my phone now. It took a lot of research to figure out it isn’t supported.
