The ABSOLUTE WORST. I can NOT access my child’s chrome book or anything. It’s completely useless and now locked us out of a brand new laptop. What am I to do just stare at the chrome book? Highly FURIOUS right now.
Can’t add a payment method if you are controlling from an iPhone

My son has a Samsung so he has the google play store I downloaded the family link to control his account but after 3 hours of trying to find out how to add a payment card to our family link account I’m to my breaking point. I have googled how to do it, went into my google account and still no luck. There should be a way to add payment through the app in the parent control but there definitely isn’t

There are way better parental apps for parents. My daughter lost her whole YouTube channel after Google FORCED me to sign up for it because she is under 13. When she’s been been using youtube for years. She made hundreds of videos with other kiddos (all safely) and now they are gone.

This will not allow removal of app from devices properly and has restricted a device for an older child and has yet to be resolved other then a total removal of email

Can’t get rid of this app it’s terrible and so inconvenient. I don’t recommend this to anyone!!!
