This app is so cumbersome. It doesn’t allow my daughter to sign in to her chrome book, despite the app showing her device is “unlocked”. This is starting to happen on a daily basis while she’s at school. I’ve checked every setting I can, and there seems to be no solution. Very frustrating. :-(

I love this app i have it for my 3 kids.. The thing is my oldest got an iPhone for her birthday and it doesn’t work on iPhone it works on mine because im the parent but not on hers..

Awful, non-intuitive, cumbersome and ineffective. Been trying to contact help and it just spins, no one is manning the controls and it’s painfully obvious. This is trash.
