Does not work for kids iPhone.....what???? App fails to mention this on any pages so thanks I created a useless google account so you could steal more info from my sister. I’ll just let them use mine it seems smarter anyway.

Me gusta el App y como puedo observar y controlar la actividad de mi hijo. Pero no me gusta que me pone límites a mi como padre para permitir acceso, por ejemplo al Hogar del Google mini, alho básico como que el Niño pueda encender y apagar luces de lámparas inteligentes no lo puede hacer y no me permite autorizarlo. Se supone que yo como madre pueda controlar el App y no al revés. Muy frustrante.

I installed this app to help keep up with what my child is doing on his laptop. This app has completely taken over everything on his laptop it will not let me uninstall to app it will not let me factory rest his laptop. There are no setting in the parent app to remove the child’s app from there device so now we have a 200.00 laptop we can’t use

I really like the app, but my only problem is there is no way to change the parent password. My son figured out my password and I need it changed. Now I may have to create a new account through a different email just to get a different password.

It started out great for my sons first phone. I could monitor my sons app usage, screen time, and approve apps. Fast forward 6 months and now it’s pure hell, he’s 12 and can only use YouTube kids on his phone, he watches YouTube at home. He now wants a paid app, I have a form of payment on my google account but can’t download the paid app without downloading another app to pay for it. Can’t delete his account without him losing his saved data from his apps. Only way out of the family link is to wait for him to turn 13. I’m NEVER using this for my other kids! Do yourself a favor, don’t get this app and buy an app to track your kids phone usage if you feel it necessary, this is the most frustrating app ever! I’m not the only one, I have friends who are having the same problems as I am.
