It doesn’t work correctly anymore

Any code I’ve used says it’s wrong or an old code. Was working a while ago but now it’s garbage. Can’t get a hold of google to fix and now I’m locked out of accounts. Don’t use this.
6 digit code doesn’t work when entered

I am able to enter my email and password into Ubisoft login but when prompted to enter 6 digit code, the code I enter always says that it is wrong. There needs to be some sort of email verification if this Authenticator doesn’t work.
Good but needs more to updates

Useful addition allowing to transfer phones but needs to allow for unique keys to be used instead of a QR code in case a phone is too broken for a QR to scan properly

Do not chance anything important with with app. There is no way of getting support if you lose your phone or something like that. Save yourself from a headache and Don’t Use This App!!!!!!!
Every single code is invalid

I can not get a valid code to log into an account. My company is forcing me to use this yet I cannot get a valid code to use it. There is no customer support to correct the problem. This has been 4 days already. I’m just at a loss.
Got new phone, deleted my digital life

So I upgrade to the new iPhone 12 Pro (from 6s). Restore from back up. A week later I go to login on the VA website and need to use this app. EVERYTHING IS GONE!!! I go to my security settings to setup a new phone. Yet, EVERYTHING IS STILL GONE!!! All my government 2FA, my Microsoft account, and 4 others gone. What’s the point of having a cloud account if it doesn’t back up important stuff like this. This app should not be on the recommended list for Vets.
App crashes on iOS 14.2; found fix

I’ve found that the app crashes as soon as it’s opened on iOS 14.2. I was able to get this working again by removing the app and downloading again from the app store. All my data was restored and the app works again. This apparently has been an issue since the beta. It’s clear that this is app deprecated as no one is actively maintaining. I will be switching to Authy.
