Doesn’t capture all handwriting

Can’t get app to capture all written words. Don’t have time to continually rewrite missing portions. How do I request a refund?

I can’t believe how great this app is it’s my absolute favorite out of hundreds that I’ve downloaded over the years. The only suggestion that I could make is to clear we label the magnification box that allows you to write line by line at the bottom. That by far is the absolute best feature on the app and makes it perfect for me. Thanks.

making the change to paperless was so desperately needed, there aren’t the words to describe the disorganization, the mess, the anger at losing things that I experienced but now I can’t find enough good words to properly describe the joy with which I get my work done thanks to Goodnotes 4. This app should be at the top of every tool list given for the purpose of decluttering. Every professional organizer should recommend this app to every client - the ability to create personalized order from chaos is unlimited.

I love this app and how it has transformed the way I use my iPad. I wish they added another pen option as I love using hand lettering like calligraphy for the titles of many of my pages
ONE INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING THING

I *would* give a full 5 stars if it weren’t for one incredibly aggravating bug — I set up goodnotes to use as a faux bullet journal. I have made PDF templates to import for my day to day pages. Within the first week of using good notes, after writing down tasks I need to do i would swipe to another page in the Journal to write something else, and when I come back to the tasks page ALL OF MY TASKS ARE DELETED. GONE. Some I have *no idea* if I will be able to remember or recall that task, thus running the risk of missing important things I need to do for work. I have a sneaking suspicion that this is because of trying to sync up goodnotes with my icloud account. These issues began when I tried to use the icloud sync feature so I could look at my notes on my phone. Once the issue began I decided to unsync with icloud and just back up to my google drive account. Still had the issue. I highly doubt that the issue is with my ipad as I had just bought the new ipad. Now i’m removing the backup feature that I HOPED would be helpful in preserving my notes in hopes that nothing would randomly delete! Im just so incredibly frustrated at this point and expected more from this app. Looks like I’ll just have to go back to a tried and true paper and pen system. Pen doesn't just *magically* erase itself on paper. If any moderators have any suggestions or solutions, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

It’s my virtual pen and paper. I looked at reviews before purchasing and I by far am loving it. I’m old school I don’t care to type so being able to write everything down and transform it to text. Best thing since sliced bread. I work a lot so files that have to be updated or signed easy as 1,2,3!
Amazing app for my coursework

I am pursuing my masters which requires me to have my tutorials, lecture slides, textbooks, class notes and my practice problems in one place. Good notes solves that problem for me amazingly well. I can organize my courses in different folders. GoodNotes additionally provides pdf annotation which makes taking notes on slides during lecture super easy which are invaluable at the time or preparation for exams. I don’t have to really go around with multiple books as I have everything on my iPad. I would highly recommend this app if you have an iPad with Apple Pencil. Keep up the good work goodnotes
Insert video/audio capability

I love this app compared the all the others. Being able to write freely with the Apple Pencil is amazing. I would like to have the ability to add video clips to the notebook for when writing or taking photos doesn't get the job done. I’d also like it more if there was a option to add audio for recording any meeting I attend for business or other events.
