Can't view other guests reviews of parks in the app so I still have to visit using a browser.

Only shows campgrounds. Does not show trip planner or gas stations/food.. you have to go to the web site for all your trip needs.

Can't even log-on to your acct. the only use for this is to sell their membership.

Three times now I have used the Good Sam recommendation that a park is excellent, we arrive and it's awful!!! I have emailed Good Sam to let them know this. I'm not sure their people ever really go to these places or if they do, the parks know they are coming and step up their game for that time period. I am now checking other sources for true reviews - Yelp, trip advisor, and also using Facebook RV pages for recommendations of the real campers that have been to these locations. Much better and more factual data! The only thing this app is "ok" for is finding the parks but then 75% don't have photos or have just one photo. My guess it they make it expensive to have the "premium" subscription. Again - makes the app rather worthless.

Campground reviews are not available through the app. Only useful for locating places and then going to some other app to read reviews, and even then it forgets where you were searching every time you switch out of the app, requiring you to start from scratch.

How a company/organization that can spend millions trying to sell me insurance can’t spend a few dollars to produce a app worthy of that name is beyond me. I could outline dozens of flaws but I’ve come to the conclusion no one cares at Good Sam’s once they have your membership dollars. I’d give it a zero if I could.

Used to use it. Now the only thing it does consistently is crash. Not really sure what the point of the app is now that it's been updated/"improved" to crash every time it's opened. Maybe it works on Android. I have an iPhone 5 and iPhone 6; it's useless on both.
