Needs Improvement

Even though I have a round trip, once I scan my first leg, the app shows no upcoming trips. If I didn't print out my ticket, I'd have to check in and get a paper ticket, since there isn't a way to look up your prior reservations. Secondly, the barcode on the screen is too small to be easily scanned at the turn stile; not good when a lot of people are behind you, waiting impatiently. Finally, it always logs me off, after switching apps. I'm using an iPhone.

Will they ever get this right? I don’t understand a multi million dollar business and the backing of Virgin and they can’t get a app to work right. This new release is worst than ever! Does anyone test these releases? You should be ashamed of yourself. Real junk!


Love the train, can’t even create and account on the app...

Consistent problems

The app consistently has problems, and causes huge headaches for commuters who use it daily. Needs a better server or something... it is always giving users connection errors and signs you out all the time.

Train - 5 stars Staff - 5 stars Stations - 5 stars Food - (haven’t tried anything yet) Train schedule and reliability - 3 stars Phone app - 1 star Kiosk interface - 1 star IT - do they exist? (1 star) Ways to send Feedback - 1 star Online chat service - never available I love what the train does best, but it is so hard to get the app to work, the kiosk to work and to effectively get things fixed when they don’t work. There is no protocol for communicating to IT when there is a problem with a customers profile and it is up to the customers to communicate these problems. The issue is that nobody responds until you get real salty. FIX YOUR APP AND DIGITAL MANAGMENT. You are a digital based platform and I feel like I am in a Terry Gilliam film trying to get your service to work for me.

Riding mass transit should not be this hard. Brightline has done a superb job with infrastructure but you basically can’t ride unless you have an account and remember your password. Doesn’t work with Apple wallet. Come on Branson, you’re known for great service! App is poorly written. Turnstile people can’t help much as they don’t have access to needed data. Have to go back to the check in point. If you use brightline you need the app and a barcode to scan. Don’t forget your password!

Monthly Commuter

Really poor experience for monthly commuter. Sometimes wont load tickets or says no reservations. have to force quit and wait for it to re-load. A couple times ive been stuck in front of the turnstiles for a couple minutes because it logged me out and I had sign back in for it to load my ticket. There should be an integration with the wallet app. Flow to book monthly commute is too confusing needs to be simpler (less screens/taps) to book multiple tickets at the same time.

This App is unstable, clunky and lacks basic features like add to Apple Wallet, delay warnings and off-line info. Often logs out on its own so face recognition or saved login info gets lost. I hope the meaningful feedback from several of us users provides some guidance or a sense of priority.

I feel the recent update has really improved the app. I was frustrated before, but now things are faster to load (it used to take forever). Suggestions: Remove the “are you sure?” window after leaving the “book” tab. Often I’m just looking for another train. If I’ve lost interest in buying, I’ll just close the app... that means the extra pop-up does little for sale retention Save the QR code on the app locally, and display it immediately when I press “view ticket”. The loading wheel annoys me, I need to get through the gate already
